Starting January 1st, 2007 the  tax rate for the corporations, registered in Republic of Bulgaria is 10% . The regulation is set up with the  Corporate Income Tax Act (CITA).

Filing of the annual tax return until March 31st, of the next calendar year

Payment of the corporate tax after deduction of the advance payments - until 31 March of the next calendar year
