AUDITING COMPANY VERSI & PARTNERS OOD (hereafter VERSI) is established in 1997.

The company doubles its equity in 2002 when another auditing company - VERSI EOOD joined with its staff and clients.

VERSI is a specialized auditing company under the Law on Independent Financial Audit.

VERSI exercises the following activities:
Independent financial audit of companies’ financial reports
Preparation of annual financial reports and organization of accounting reporting under the Accounting Law

Tax consultations
Holding training courses and seminars on international accounting and auditing standards
